Ihave a passion to help people overcome personal challenges, grow in their relationships and find meaning and purpose in life. As a mature Therapist I draw from my life experiences and professional work with many different kinds of people from diverse backgrounds and cultures over the years. I also gain a lot of wisdom and strength from my faith which compliments my commitment and care for my clients. I also offer Spiritual Counseling to those who desire it. I learned from my work with people over the years that they often gain the strength to be restored and find purpose when they draw on their belief and trust in one greater than themselves.

Having been happily married since 1981, I draw from my own relationship as well as my clinical training and experience helping many couples over the years. I have received training in the Gottman method that compliments my own marriage counseling style. I offer a hope-focused approach with tough issues such as loss of intimacy, conflict resolution, finding forgiveness, building trust, infidelity issues, alcohol and substance abuse recovery, career and family stress, and life transitions.

I offer family therapy to young families, stepfamilies and mature families (adult children.) frequently bringing everyone into the room. I often find that the need for forgiveness is at the foundation of many relationship issues, so I offer forgiveness therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.
